Radfield Home Care has launched online franchise discovery sessions to help budding entrepreneurs in the time of social distancing.

As the world moves online, many franchises have had to adjust to a new way of working and networking. One franchise that’s doing all it can to support budding entrepreneurs through the coronavirus crisis is Radfield Home Care.

The home care franchise hosts regular discovery days, where prospective entrepreneurs attend a session at its head office to learn more about its franchise opportunity. However, as the whole country is being encouraged to stay at home unless it’s absolutely necessary to go out, it’s no longer possible for Radfield to welcome new faces.

Instead, Franchise Recruitment Manager Edward Gill will be hosting a new kind of discovery session online. The experienced franchise professional, as well as other key members of the team, will run one-to-one sessions, where curious entrepreneurs can ask as many questions about the opportunity as they’d like.

Radfield Home Care’s online discovery sessions have been in development for a while, but the franchise has launched them earlier than planned so that people can carry on researching franchise opportunities from a safe distance. Gill explained:

“We have designed our online discovery sessions to make it easier for those interested in the Radfield franchise opportunity to find out everything they need to know about what to expect when they join the franchise network; from their daily routine, to the financial and social rewards achievable, and how we will support them to develop a successful home care business.”

Franchisor Dr Hannah MacKechnie explained why these new sessions are so important to both the franchise and the new faces looking to join.

“As a franchisor, it is our duty to make sure we are open and transparent with both the positives and challenges of operating a care business, so people don’t invest in something that isn’t right for them. Our new online sessions are the first step on this journey of discovery and can help people find out everything they need to know within the comfort of their own home.”
