Training and support
In order to be a successful franchisee for SureCare, one needs to go through a 1 week intensive training held at our central office. Also provided are continuous mentoring and support in the key areas needed, such as; finance, operations, business development and care registrations. Apart from these, you will receive support from our team in different department; marketing, merchandising, website, PR Business, and much more. We will also help you recruit home care staff, child care staff and a management team for your office. DBS checks are performed on all applicants and all our recruits receive training from SureCare, which is essential for your business to succeed.
As for marketing, you’ll be provided with SureCare materials to promote your business in your local community. We will help to promote your business by establishing your local presence and encourage relationships with different community groups. You can also take advantage of our pre-existing materials like literature and merchandise and you’ll be featured on our website.
