Shoryu Ramen teams up with Ford Consultancy Group

The food franchise was delighted to announce recently that it has joined forces with Ford Consultancy Group to develop its franchise rollout within the UK and beyond.

Shoryu Ramen, founded in 2012, is the UK’s leading fast-casual ramen bar. The restaurant franchise aims to grow a thriving network of successful locations across the UK, selling high-quality Hakata ramen to its customers wherever there’s demand. After successfully navigating COVID-19 and over a year of global uncertainty, Shoryu Ramen is now eager to start planning a strategic programme of franchise openings across London and the rest of the nation.

During the pandemic, this savvy company adapted to survive. The franchise launch programme which began in 2019 had to be suspended when COVID hit, and instead Shoryu Ramen had to pivot and put the focus on its existing restaurants, delivery kitchens and online DIY ramen kits. This partnership with Ford Consultancy Group marks the dawn of a new and exciting era for Shoryu Ramen, and both parties are thrilled to be working together.
