AES is the newest exciting business opportunity to join Point Franchise – let’s find out more …
Point Franchise is delighted to welcome AES to its vast network of franchise opportunities. The recruitment franchise can be operated fully from home and is open to anyone, even if they don’t have a background in the industry. Let’s find out more about this new opportunity.
AES was founded in 1989 and has been offering exceptional permanent recruitment services in the UK’s industrial sector, as well as overseas. Companies operating in Automotive, Aerospace, Nuclear, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Rail, Oil, Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Electronics, Communications, Construction, Civil, Building Services, Architectural, Software and IT sectors have come to AES over the years and its network of recruitment consultants have been able to quickly find candidates that are ideal for the roles.
Anyone is welcome to join the franchise, as long as they’re sales-minded and driven, and have the ability to deliver exactly what customers want. Franchisees will be supported all the way, with a minimum of three days training (preferably longer if the new recruit can spare more days) to get them started. Other perks like 15 adverts per month to help promote roles, access to ADAPT (the recruitment industry’s main CRM) and unlimited access to CV library to find candidates easily will help you get off to a fantastic start.
Each new franchisee can operate in any industry they’d like and can reach out to any company, providing that no other AES consultant has contacted them recently. This means that recruiters are free to bring their contacts across and use them to get their business off the ground. Even if you don’t have this, you’re expected to make your first sale by just three months in, bagging an average of £5,000 in commission.
We’re really pleased to welcome AES and can’t wait to hear more from the innovative franchise.
