Wolf Education hunts for new franchisees

Wolf Education is on the lookout for new franchisees to take its business across the UK.
The franchise specialises in recruiting for jobs within the education sector, from temporary supply teaching assistant posts to permanent head teacher roles. It works across a range of sub-sectors, including primary, secondary and special educational needs (SEN).
Wolf Education is part of Wolf Recruitment Group, which now has four arms: Wolf Education, Wolf Healthcare, Elephant Pay and Recruitment Dojo. It was created just over three years ago by Oliver Jones, who was working as an assistant headteacher with thirteen years of education sector experience.
Oliver wanted to start a business recruiting and training quality educational staff, and managed to turn over more than £885,000 in his first year of trading. With a successful venture behind him, he began to focus on healthcare as a new income stream, and added the second arm to his group in March 2020. By January this year, he had sold 22 franchise territories for it across the UK.
Now, Oliver is looking to franchise Wolf Education. He believes there’s huge demand to support children and young adults in the classroom, as a result of the challenges educational facilities have encountered over the past year.
The recruitment franchise is looking for experienced professionals who have worked in the education sector. If you’ve been involved in recruiting processes before, you’ll be particularly well-suited to the role of franchisee at Wolf Education.
If you pass the application process, you’ll get the chance to take part in a training programme at the franchise’s head office in Gloucester. Over a five-week period, you’ll spend 11 days learning from the Performance & Training Associate Director, Steve Evans.
To get started as a Wolf Education franchisee, you should be prepared to part with around £19,950 +VAT. The franchise is also able to offer a huge return on investment, as it suggests you should be making a revenue of almost £1.5 million after just two years in business.
