TruGreen Gloucestershire surpasses expectations by helping 100 customers in just four months of trading.
TruGreen Gloucestershire has been celebrating its early success. After just four months of business, owner Mike Simmonds was thrilled to announced he’d reached the milestone of 100 satisfied customers. By his own admission, Simmonds wasn’t expecting to see numbers like that until much later in his franchising journey, but the flying start is testament to the lawn care franchisee’s commitment.
Simmonds thanked his customers for getting his business off to such a fantastic start. He said: “It is fantastic to have reached the milestone of 100 customers within four months of TruGreen launching across Gloucestershire. We have worked with a variety of wonderful customers, from young professional families who want a lawn for the family to enjoy through to palatial estates who exhibit their gardens and are looking for expertise to help further improve their lawns.”
To make his gratitude clear, Simmonds hand delivered flowers to his lucky 100th customer, Patricia Adams. She said she was “delighted with the excellent service TruGreen is providing with the care of my lawns” and said that the flowers were a lovely surprise. She also added “I am greatly relieved to have found TruGreen which offers a professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly approach to both work and customer care.”
Simmonds hopes that his lawn care franchise will continue to go from strength to strength over the next 12 months. TruGreen’s support and continued advice will no doubt help him achieve his ambitious goals, with its extensive network of over 60 expert support staff that aim to help franchisees.
TruGreen LawnCare treats over 3.4 million lawns worldwide and is one of the world’s leading lawn care and garden maintenance franchises. Industry experience isn’t required to begin your own franchise journey, just the right attitude and will to succeed.
