It’s been another great start to the year for the Access4Lofts franchise.

In January and February alone, they saw: - 2540 loft transformations in nearly 100 different territories - An average of 19 jobs per month, per franchisee - A 15% year on year rise compared to Jan and Feb 2024 - Many franchisees booked up solid for the next 3 months
It’s clear that demand for the work Access4Lofts franchisees can carry out is on the rise again – January and February were their busiest months on record – and shows no sign of slowing.
Their very first territory in Preston has been open for 8 years now, and business is still flooding in as it holds its place as the No. 2 top performing location. The no. 1 spot is held by Guildford, who have been going for more than 6 years now.
