Tezlom joins Point Franchise
Cara Squires, writer
The recruitment agency finding roles for healthcare professionals across the UK has joined the Point Franchise network.
Tezlom was first established back in 2008, and since that time, it’s grown from a small, family-run business into a national recruitment franchise with a network of franchisees and franchise units that stretches across the UK. The healthcare recruitment agency connects nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants with job roles in a range of private and public healthcare establishments, including (but not limited to): Specialist and non-specialist nursing homes, supported living services, critical care services and mental health hospitals.
If you’re interested in helping to bring together talent and demand for talent, you would thrive as a Tezlom franchisee. You won’t need previous experience thanks to Tezlom’s strong training programme, but the ideal Tezlom franchisee would be someone who is looking to foster an amazing workplace culture, and is ready and willing to support their agency workers. They should also be able to build relationships with customers successfully and operate well in a fast-paced environment.
To become a Tezlom franchisee, you can make a minimum initial investment of £25,000, with franchise fees of £25,000 and a total investment cost of £60,000. You’ll also be charged a monthly royalty fee at a rate of 3.9%. After two years in business, your expected revenue will sit around the £300,000 mark.
In return for your investment with Tezlom, you’ll receive a comprehensive onboarding and training programme, ongoing support and access to a 24 hour learning management system and an integrated CRM (customer relationship management) system. Your franchisor will also support your health and wellbeing, both mentally and physically, wherever they can. Find out more about joining the Tezlom franchise network via its profile page, which you’ll discover linked above.
