Sandler Training’s Managing Director will be the guest speaker at an influential leadership meeting next month

Head of Sandler Training South West England will deliver a key presentation at a leadership conference in Falmouth, Cornwall. The ‘Developing Emerging Leaders – the key to freedom’ will be hosted on the 15th November at the National Maritime Museum by local wealth management company Taylor Money and guests will hear from Andy McCreadie, who is MD of the franchise’s South West operation.

McCreadie noted that many business people become irritated with a lack of work life balance.

“Many owners and leaders feel frustrated; they are tied to their business, too reliant or too involved in operational ‘stuff’, often resulting in long hours spent at the office and potentially hindering long-term growth,” says McCreadie.

He explained that his presentation at the event will advise people on how to reclaim more of their spare time without risking the success of their business.

“This talk aims to address this balance; how to enhance your own leadership style in order to develop ‘emerging leaders’, who can take on responsibility and lead strategically, thereby giving you back some freedom or flexibility to do the things you want to do.”

With more than 250 offices spanning 27 countries across the globe, Sandler Training is one of the leading business training franchises in the world. It was founded by David Sandler in 1967 after he developed his eponymous Sandler Selling System, offering a new way to train employees that delivered long lasting results.

After current CEO Dave Mattson took over in 2007, having worked with Sandler himself since the early days of the company, he expanded the franchise’s portfolio even more by adding a wide variety of new training programmes and an industry first, skills-based sales certification that was measurable.
