Las Vegas played host to the prestigious Global Franchise Awards 2025 on 11 February during the International Franchise Association (IFA) convention, where the global franchising elite gathered to celebrate innovation and excellence. Presented by Jack Monson, CEO of Brand J and host of the Social Geek podcast, the ceremony honoured standout brands across 23 categories, judged by a panel of renowned franchise experts and international association leaders.
Among the night’s biggest winners was ERA Group, which claimed the coveted Global Franchise Grand Champion title, while The Travel Franchise secured the Regional Champion – Europe award, underscoring its growing influence in the industry.

ERA Group dominated the evening, walking away with three prestigious accolades. The Global Franchise Grand Champion award cemented their status as a titan in the franchising world, reflecting their exceptional innovation and global impact across more than 60 countries.
