Rosemary hosted its Big Summer Summit for over 100 franchisees to come together and talk business.
Rosemary Bookkeeping has hosted its annual ‘Big Summer Summit’, an event which gives its network of franchise partners the chance to come together and share their experiences of running their own franchise.
More than 100 individuals from franchises across the country attended, including those from Rosemary’s sister companies and were able to talk all things business with others, allowing them to swap tips and solutions that they’ve developed during their time with the bookkeeping franchise.
Franchisees were able to attend four sessions of their choice, covering important topics like HR, Marketing, Sales and Technology. Experts in the fields contributed to the material and Rosemary’s own franchise professionals team helped too. It gave franchisees the chance to add to their knowledge on these vital topics, as the Franchise Support Centre’s operations team noted that franchisees’ felt that they’d benefit from more support in these areas.
The day was a success, with franchisees noting how informative and interesting the sessions had been and that they felt it would help them to continue running a successful business. Many also noted how enjoyable it was to connect with other franchisees and to be able to share their experiences with like-minded professionals.
With 17 UK franchises supported by a HQ team with over 60 years’ experience in accountancy, bookkeeping, marketing and sales, Rosemary does all it can to ensure each franchise is a success. It prides itself on the fact that everyone is part of a team and that the efforts of each individual should be recognised for their impact on growing not only their own franchise, but the company as a whole.
After launching in 2002, Rosemary has continued to expand. It is known for its consistently high quality and reliable bookkeeping that aims to make things simpler and a Rosemary franchise allows you to set your own working hours that fit around your lifestyle.
