Franchising details
At Rosemary Bookkeeping, we understand that you might want the freedom of running your own business but may feel daunted by the number of challenges you could face along the way. We’re renowned for using our proven business model and distinguished brand identity to provide individuals across Britain with the support they need to take control of their working life.
Launched in its original form in 2002, Rosemary Bookkeeping now offers an exclusive bookkeeping system as part of a well established and fully supported franchise package. As a result, all of our Rosemary Bookkeeping Franchise Partners can follow the Rosemary System® with peace of mind, knowing they are providing each of their clients with accurate and personalised bookkeeping services. Our effective growth model, impressive support network and expert-run quality control systems also mean each of our partners can launch their new business with confidence.
Rosemary Bookkeeping Franchise Partners gain access to a market demonstrating increasing demand as UK businesses seek affordable, professional bookkeeping that provides support for them and their accountant. Under British law, all businesses must keep records of their financial transactions to be used when filing accounts and VAT returns. Our system makes it possible for partners to work efficiently with their clients’ accountants to ensure they have all the information they need, saving both time and money.
Our business model has been specifically designed to work around your lifestyle, providing a scalable system that can be juggled around family life or transformed into a management opportunity for those hoping to support a team of bookkeepers. With the Rosemary System®, you can choose the hours that work for you.
The success of our business model has also helped us to develop an excellent national brand reputation, which frequently results in Rosemary Bookkeeping and our franchise partners being shortlisted for national awards.
Exclusive territory
Our franchise partners are awarded their own exclusive territory consisting of approximately 10,000 small businesses for a period of five years. At the end of this term, you renew without facing any further Franchise Licence Fee.
Franchise costs
Rosemary Bookkeeping is happy to help potential partners with bank funding to cover the costs of starting up. Our bookkeeping Franchise Partner package costs £16,970, in addition to initial start-up cost of £2,870 to cover the IT equipment and software you will require. All of these fees are subject to VAT, which is reclaimable.
To cover the expense of the ongoing support we provide our partners we also charge a Management Service Fee (MSF) from month seven onwards.
