Punch joins the Point Franchise network

If you’d like to become a Punch franchisee, you’ll need to be prepared to invest around £13,000. The pub chain is confident its franchisees can make a great return on investment and see an income of roughly £250,000 after two years of operation.

When you join Punch, you’ll be able to decide whether you’d like to operate with a Managed Ownership, Tenancy or Lease licence. These different options vary in terms of the bills you pay, the support you get and the number of years your contract lasts.
