No Letting Go’s Plymouth franchisee shares all

No Letting Go has revealed the story behind the business’s Plymouth franchise unit and its owner, Sue Cooper.
Sue joined No Letting Go back in 2020 and is pleased to have launched a profitable business under the property franchise brand. When a prospective franchisee wanted to find out more about becoming a No Letting Go franchisee during the pandemic, Sue was able to share her story.
Before investing in the franchise, Sue did lots of research and found out about her would-be competitors. She knew little about the rental market, but became confident she could launch a successful business with No Letting Go.
Sue revealed how she’s fared during the pandemic:
“My biggest challenge has been and is Covid-19. I joined in April 2020 but could not start trading until June, due to the restrictions. In a normal climate, we could physically go into agents and sell our services, but now it is so much harder to market, having said that it is not impossible.”
Despite the delays Sue experienced, she was able to break even and start turning a profit within a couple of months. She explained why she thinks agents value No Letting Go branches:
“I am still learning (don't think that will ever stop) all of the different technical terms to make my reports stand out. I try to be flexible and accommodating and strive to give a personal service with good customer care at the forefront of all I do. I think as long as I do that, the agents and landlords will be happy.”
Now, Sue is happy to encourage others to take the leap and join No Letting Go. She added,
“I can not rate the company any higher! Such approachable people that are there to help us every step of the way.”
