Training and support
Our training academy provides both residential and accompanied on the job training. The training covers industry legislation, report building, tablet technology, back office systems, sales and marketing. We support you with joint property visits, customer visits and business planning which is very focused within the first 12 months.
Head office also builds national contract work which is allocated to the franchise network via postcodes. These are large national customers looking for a robust service with national coverage.
We also provide a support team at head office for software, accounts and a technical team to answer day to day questions.
