Cleaning franchise Homeclean has been showing that its cares for those in its local community by supporting a local basketball team.
The Manchester Magics team was set up in 1997 and has become one of the most successful groups in the country. Homeclean is now the proud sponsor of the under 18s team, which is packed with some of the most exciting new basketball players in the country and its logo will be displayed on their kit at every game.
As well as being home to some of best new basketball talent, The Manchester Magics is a not-for-profit organisation that helps people of every ability, age and gender get into sport across the Greater Manchester area.
Speaking about why the company made the decision to sponsor the team, Managing Director of Homeclean, Kevin Shaw, said:
"We are heavily invested in ensuring that we give back to the wonderful people who live in the areas that we serve. The Manchester Magic club play such an important role in the lives of so many young people and so they are the ideal partner for us in Manchester."
The club’s chief executive, Phil Gordos, thanked Homeclean for its support.
"I'd like to say a big thank you to Homeclean for its backing. I think the kit looks amazing and we have had some great feedback from the players. I'm sure they are looking forward to wearing it".
The team has already got things off to a flying start, winning their first game of the season against Edinburgh on the 5th November. It’s hoped that the boys will be able to continue performing at their best, with the Homeclean logo proudly supporting them from their kit.
