Who are Homeclean?Homeclean was established in a one bedroom flat in Islington, North London in 1984 by Teresa Godbold and Matthew Silverstone.
From a pack of 1000 flyers, Homeclean was born and over the next 25 years the business model and business systems were continually developed to ensure they were able to offer a better service than any other domestic cleaning company.
Homeclean Franchisees have a database of tried and tested trustworthy cleaners, new clients are driven to the company website and submit their details.
Franchisees organise a "trial clean" for the new client and if the client likes the cleaner and the service then they will sign up for a Homeclean Service Plan.
Plans are paid for up front and the cleaner is paid directly for the hours that they work. In our experience, at least 90% of clients will renew once they are hooked on one of our cleaners.
Why Homeclean?Having found the perfect recipe, Homeclean began franchising in 2006 and now have multiple offices all over the UK and abroad. With more than 35 years of industry experience at the top of their field they are perfectly placed to show franchisees how satisfying, enjoyable and profitable running a cleaning franchise can be.
Whilst many sectors are declining, the residential cleaning market is very robust. Our ageing population need help to keep their homes clean and tidy whilst young professionals are increasingly working longer hours and want to maximise their leisure time by using cleaners to take care of the mundane household tasks.

What do I get?Homeclean offer a comprehensive initial training package which is unhurried and offered at a time to suit you. Additional training is available if required and Homeclean have detailed Operating Manuals which will be provided to you, along with access to our very special custom built CRM system which makes matching clients with cleaners so simple.
There is a dedicated UK based Homeclean Franchise Support team who you can call or email for support at any time as well as a fantastic network of existing franchisees who are always able to help and advise you.
