Happy Driver Hire franchisees renew contracts after successful turnover

Business is booming for Sarah Matthews and Richard Bradshaw after investing in nationwide business franchise Driver Hire.
Driver Hire franchisees Sarah Matthews and Richard Bradshaw, who are based in Lincoln and Guildford, have not regretted investing their earnings into six-time award-winner of the bfa HSBC ‘Franchisor of the Year’ Driver Hire.
The stats speak for themselves when it comes to proving the worth of investment in the largest logistics recruiter in the UK. In five years, Matthews and her team in Lincoln have witnessed increases in turnover by as much as 16 per cent. Averaging about £800k per annum, and on their way to £900k, 50 locals a week manage to find work through the East Midlands office.
As for Bradshaw’s team, for the fourth year in a row, the office is nearing a target for sales of over £1m. The Guildford branch of the B2B business is one of the most successful in the Driver Hire network and supplies work for 125 people a week on average. But Bradshaw doesn’t think the franchise’s success stops there, saying “Investing in a Driver Hire franchise has proved to be an excellent decision. I think there are still plenty of opportunities to grow the business further.”
Matthews isn’t going to give up her investment in Driver Hire anytime soon, adding:
“We’ve shown that a mix of business acumen coupled with hard work and the support of an outstanding franchisor, delivers consistent results. We’re looking forward to working together for a further five years.”
Graham Duckworth, Driver Hire’s Franchise Sales Director, is rightfully proud of the success of the franchise’s investors, reflecting on how they’re “delighted” that Matthews and Bradshaw have decided to continue with Driver Hire for another five years since “their success is further proof that a Driver Hire franchise is a great business investment.”
