FiltaFry plans to debut its mobile service offering at the hotel and gastronomy fair.
For the first time, van-based franchise FiltaFry will travel to Stuttgart in Germany to exhibit its range of service businesses. Integastra is the hotel and gastronomy sector’s leading trade fair, where many industry professionals gather to find out about the latest developments and businesses to emerge.
FiltaFry will showcase its range of services, which aim to boost sustainability in commercial kitchens. Having recently put more resources into its spin-off FiltaSeal and FiltaDrain services, the business hopes to bring them to a wider audience. Managing Director Jos van Aalst, who introduced the Netherlands-based business to Germany in 2014, explained:
“While in recent years our focus was primarily on the mobile fryer service, with our additional services – FiltaSeal and FiltaDrain – we will enhance our position as cross-product commercial kitchen specialists in the German-speaking area, as well as throughout Europe.”

FiltaFry offers high-standard fryer cleaning and oil filtration services that save up to half the amount of oil. It also distributes new oil and disposes of used oil for its customers. The FiltaSeal complements the fryer service, replacing refrigeration seals within 10 days to minimise customer waiting times. FiltaDrain offers probiotic drain cleaning without the harsh chemicals. Bacteria cultures help clear blockages, remove strong odours and deter fruit flies.
Van Aalst is keen to get the most out of the Integastra trade fair:
“We are looking forward to feedback from Integastra visitors and hope to make numerous interesting contacts. This Stuttgart trade fair is an excellent platform and a unique opportunity for us and our various services, which cut costs for the hotel and gastronomy business and enable more sustainable economic activity.”
