The owner of popular online estate agent franchise Ewemove, The Property Franchise Group, has today denied that it has sold the brand to Countrywide. They also rejected claims that Ewemove was up for sale at all. The Property Franchise Group acquired Ewemove in 2016 and has recently announced the appointment of Nick Neill as the new managing director in a management restructure.

The company said: "The board remains committed to EweMove, which it believes continues to offer significant growth prospects in the medium term.”

Ewemove currently has over 100 franchises operating in the UK with more planned within the next few years. They recruited 18 new franchisees within the first half of 2017 and have ambitious plans for more in the second half.

Nick Neil said: “I’m hugely excited about the opportunity to further drive forward a business that I am immensely passionate about. As the UK’s first hybrid agency we’ve always been at the very forefront of innovation, and it’s this ongoing commitment that will see us continue to lead the way and transform estate agency as we know it”
