énergie announces new training concept
Gym and fitness franchise énergie has announced that it is launching a new training concept that the group believes will help bolster its rebranding efforts. The new signature training regime, named ‘thé Yard’ is aimed at increasing an already diverse offering to its members.
The new product will be launched alongside the opening of the new énergie Fitness Sheldon outlet in Birmingham and will also be featured in the new Ipswich outlet opening this month.
The new training regime is a group class which has been designed by the brands in house training and development team and will provide “a high intensity, fun and challenging routine” for their users.
The group's head of fitness, training and innovation, Ian Rushbury said: The Sheldon club opening is only the beginning of a continued expansion for the énergie Fitness brand, with thé Yard concept adding a new dimension in today’s health and fitness club market.”
