Driver Hire’s eighth annual ‘Proud’ survey sees the company rated highly (again)

Over 500 customers responded to the survey, praising the logistics and recruitment franchise for its reliable service and great value for money.

Driver Hire was especially pleased to see an impressive 86% of customers rating the business franchise’s services as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ value for money, with many respondents saying they’d miss the brand’s personal contact if they used a different supplier. Plus, in the words of Driver Hire, “As well as seeking the views of customers, [the survey asks drivers] whether they’re proud to work for Driver Hire, about the level of service and respect they receive from their Driver Hire office, and whether they’d recommend Driver Hire to family or friends.” The results were as follows:

• 96% of drivers said they’re proud to work for Driver Hire
• 97% of drivers rated the level of respect & service received from their local Driver Hire office as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’
• 89% of drivers gave a score of 8/10 or more when asked if they’d recommend working for Driver Hire (with 10 being definitely, and 0 being no), with 67% answering with a 10/10
