Driver Hire has welcomed two more talented professionals to its head office team to help with the training side of the business.
Driver Hire is one of the UK’s leading franchises for many reasons, but its focus on training and professional development for both clients and franchisees is one of the reasons why its business model has grown so strong.
Its Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and Driver Risk Management courses can be offered by franchisees as a way of diversifying and generating more than one revenue stream. They also help franchisees to establish further opportunities to speak to clients and establish meaningful relationships with them.
To help it continue to offer the best possible products, the business franchise has appointed two new people to its Training and Driver Risk Management team. Diane Toft joins the team as the Head of Service Delivery, where she will oversee the delivery and support team for Driver CPC, DriveWise and dh Licence Check. Diane will also be responsible for supporting the provision of training products and manage Driver Hire’s JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training) compliance.
Steve Dethick will join as the Sales & Training Manager and will work with clients to help them work on their Driver Risk Management programmes. He will help with audits for compliance, driver profiling, create new course content and make recommendations for appropriate driver training solutions.
John Keelan Edwards, Driver Hire’s Driver Risk Management & Technology Director, said that he was delighted to be welcoming the two talented professionals to the team.
“Driver CPC training and driver risk management are growing and increasingly essential elements of the added value service our franchisees offer to all our clients. We’re delighted that we’ve attracted two high quality candidates, both with a wealth of industry experience, which will be of massive benefit to franchisees and to our customers.”
Driver Hire is the UK’s leading driver recruitment franchise and is currently on the lookout for new franchisees across the country.
