Starting Monday 7th April, leading vehicle repair franchise ChipsAway is hitting the road with a nationwide out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaign across the UK’s motorway services network. The eye-catching posters take a fun, tongue-in-cheek approach to everyday car damage, with slogans like “Oh Walls!”, “Scuffing Hell!”, “Oh Bollards!” and “Son of a Ditch!” – all designed to catch the eye and raise a smile, while highlighting the real-life mishaps ChipsAway technicians deal with every day.
Far more than just a playful twist, this creative approach is part of ChipsAway’s wider strategy to build stronger brand recognition and demonstrate just how relevant their repair services are to everyday drivers. To add a more interactive element, drivers are encouraged to snap a photo if they spot one of the ads and share it using the hashtag #OhBollards.
