Caremark named 6th in Elite Franchise Top 100
Caremark, one of the UK’s leading home care franchisors, has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the 6th position in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100) for 2024
Established in 2017 in association with HSBC, the EF100 recognises the franchising sector's brightest businesses, evaluating them based on financial performance, heritage, community contribution, and innovation. This achievement reflects Caremark's unwavering commitment to evolving and enhancing its franchise model, keeping the company at the forefront of the home care industry. Over the past year, Caremark has implemented cutting-edge technology, developed advanced training programmes for staff, and embraced new operational processes to elevate service delivery for both clients and franchisees. David Glover, Joint CEO of Caremark, expressed his pride in the achievement:
“Achieving 6th place out of over 1,000 franchisors in the UK is a proud moment for all of us at Caremark. This recognition is about more than just a ranking – it’s a testament to the incredible work of our franchisees, their teams, and everyone across the Caremark network who shares a passion for making a real difference. “Our journey from 18th two years ago to 8th last year and now 6th, reflects a collective commitment to innovation, care, and making a positive impact in the community. This new achievement highlights our proven business model, comprehensive support and, most importantly, our shared drive to deliver excellence in everything we do. “At Caremark, we strongly believe in pulling together to create something greater than ourselves - delivering care that changes lives and supporting franchise owners to build rewarding, impactful businesses. We’re immensely proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re inspired every day by the opportunity to continue raising the bar in care and service.”
The past year has been one of growth and innovation for Caremark. The company has achieved a 26% increase in turnover for 2024 to date and expanded its network by opening 10 new franchises. As part of its ambitious plan to grow the franchise network by 50% by 2028, Caremark also introduced its National Marketing Fund, a first in nearly two decades, to better support its franchise network in an ever-evolving market. As Caremark celebrates this success, it also looks to the future. With a proven business model, comprehensive support, and ongoing training, Caremark is dedicated to empowering franchisees and providing rewarding opportunities for passionate individuals looking to enter the franchising sector.
