BFA ‘Franchisor Of The Year’ Nominee Driver Hire Does It Again

Award winning transport logistics recruitment franchise, Driver Hire is nominated for yet another 2018 bfa HSBC ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award.
The British Franchise Association HSBC ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award is up there with the Academy Awards, recognising and celebrating the most outstanding franchisors in the UK. The ‘Franchisor of the Year awards are granted to franchisors that drive successful businesses through best practice, innovative strategies and a strong brand. Drivers Hire is a veteran award-winning star franchisor to grace bfa HSBC ‘Franchisor of the Year’ red carpet. When asked to comment on the nomination, Driver Hire’s franchise sales director, Graham Duckworth said: “This award recognises consistency and excellence in franchising. We’ve won an award in this category four times now and made it to the finals in twelve out of the last thirteen years. I think this speaks volumes about the quality and value of our business model. Our national franchise network is currently on course for its sixth record trading year which is great news in itself. Winning this award would be the icing on the cake.”
The bfa’s chief executive officer, Pip Wilkins, added: “Our annual awards are proving more popular than ever, with a 32% increase in entries over 2017. It’s been a tough task to narrow them down to this year’s finalists. I’d like to thank everyone who entered and congratulate those nominated for an award. It’s wonderful to see so many great entries; the effort and commitment that goes into everyone is undeniable. Good luck to all on the shortlist.”
Last but not least, Andrew Brattesani, UK head of franchising for HSBC, commented on the awards: “To recognise the achievements of all the finalists of the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards, 2018 is an essential part of promoting excellence and best practise for all franchisors working in the UK.
