Bagel Corner launches rainbow range

Bagel Corner has launched a colourful new range of delicious baked treats inspired by the carnival of Venice.
Bagel Corner has been adding colour into its range of delicious bagels and is offering one lucky customer the chance to win an Italian getaway.
Its brand new #PinkBagel has been launched to customers across Belgium and France, and customers are eager to get their hands on the pretty baked treat. The beautiful colour is achieved naturally by adding beetroot powder to the bagel dough. Although the powder is a striking red in colour, Bagel Corner, which is looking to issue master franchise licences for new territories including the UK, has tailored its recipe to ensure that each bagel comes out the perfect pink hue.
The colourful bagel is then topped off with even more unusual shades, like cream cheese that’s been dyed a serene blue by adding spirulina extract into the mix. Customers will be able to sample the rainbow bagel from February 25th to March 2nd and can try out one of the delicious fillings the franchise is offering – including the classic Italian combination of provolone, slices of rich bresaola, tangy cherry tomatoes and fresh salad leaves.
Bagel Corner sells an incredible 1.5 million bagels every year and has more than 40 restaurants across France and Belgium. It’s eager to make its mark all across Europe and has ambitious targets that will see it open at least 100 restaurants by 2022 and establish its Bagel empire in the near future.
To be in with a chance of winning a trip to Venice to witness the spectacular, world-famous carnival, all customers need to do is visit a Bagel Corner branch before March 2nd and answer the question, ‘What natural dye is used to colour the bagel pink?’
