Auntie Anne’s is marking the start of the basketball season with a new partnership with Coca-Cola.
Through the collaboration, the takeaway franchise will give customers the chance to shoot some hoops themselves. Anyone who buys the brand-new ‘Basketball Bucket’, filled with Pretzel Nuggets or Mini Pretzel Dogs, will be able to transform the packaging into a miniature hoop and backboard.
The cardboard pack also contains a scannable code, which can be used to download an interactive Basketball Bucket challenge on your mobile phone. Once you’ve signed up at Coke.com/rewards, it’s down to you to score as many points as you can in 15 seconds for the chance to win a prize. If you’re lucky, you’ll instantly be told you’ve won a small Coca-Cola fountain soda, an Original or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel or free delivery on an Auntie Anne’s order through DoorDash.
Auntie Anne’s Growth Initiatives Director Danika Brown described the franchise’s enthusiasm for creating unique products:
"It's no secret that Auntie Anne's loves helping people turn something simple into something simply unforgettable, and this basketball season, we're thrilled to partner with Coca-Cola to give our fans a whole new way to feed the moment. Nothing pairs better with watching the game than the perfect snack. With a mobile game, prizes, and great delivery deals, we're offering something for both pretzel and basketball lovers to enjoy."
The fun offer is available between 12th March and 9th April 2020. For more information on the Basketball Bucket competition and how you can instantly win a prize, visit AuntieAnnes.com/Basketball-Buckets.
