Luke Capital Group breaks down the pros of investing in property over cryptocurrency

The franchise recently explained, via a blog post on its website, why a property investment is a stronger financial opportunity than a cryptocurrency.

Luke Capital Group knows its stuff when it comes to the viability of investing in real estate, and in the words of the property management franchise, “Crypto, Bitcoin, ADA, SOL… whatever you call it, there is certainly a hype around it again.” But the network is still sure that property is a better investment. Why? There are three main reasons, which Luke Capital Group outlines in its blog post:

  • Property is a safer bet - “Property has been a proven model for decades and decades and it is known to double every 8-12 years. Right now, we are in the midst of a property boom and we are seeing house prices flying up. Crypto investing is a very volatile commodity and the slightest bit of negative news [sends value] crashing down. [A crypto] investment is not tried and tested like property.”
  • Property can provide you with an income and grow your finances - “As the property [you’ve purchased] is growing in value, you can also get an income from it.” Especially if you’re providing “short let and serviced accommodation” properties to the market. On the other hand, with crypto, “When you withdraw, you are taking your margin off the table and ultimately can’t earn as much revenue.”
  • Property investments can allow you to help others - “You can help people by investing in property by giving them a roof over their head that they couldn’t afford to buy for themselves. Life is all about helping one another, and we are firm believers in looking after people first.”
