Fitness Space has opened its newest branch in Chester and hopes to attract members to its innovative centre
Boutique fitness franchise Fitness Space is continuing its rapid UK expansion, as it celebrates the opening of its 23rd franchise in Chester. Run by franchisee Adam Goodwin, the modern gym will feature cutting-edge fitness technology, including a unique DNA test for new members to determine which kind of diet and exercise best suits each individual.
Fitness Space also offers a 30-point health assessment to ensure that each person gets the best results and never risks their health doing unsuitable exercises. The Chester location will have plenty of state-of-the-art fitness technology, which will allow its members to track their progress and achieve the best possible results with the help of its dedicated staff.
Goodwin said that he was really excited to be opening his own business with the help of Fitness Space and explained why it is different from its rivals.
“As a gym, Fitness Space encourages personal accountability and provides an unrivalled support network with several highly trained professionals. Our motto is ‘never train alone’ and with our technology and our guidance, client’s progression will be consistently monitored to help them reach their goals.”
He added that he looked forward to seeing the progress and transformations that will take place for Fitness Space Chester’s members and hoped that he could help people overhaul their approach to keeping fit and eating well.
As well as its fantastic equipment, the location will offer plenty of fun fitness classes, including a virtual ‘Tour de Chester’ for cycling fanatics, Ballet Fit for those looking for a way to challenge their flexibility and fitness and Hot Yoga.
2018 has been a fantastic year for the boutique fitness franchise, which has made its mark on the fitness industry since it was set up in 2010 by former Olympian Tim Benjamin.
