Neil Alexander has been a franchisee with the company since January 2021, and he’s found success with first-time buyers and investment clients alike.
Since Neil began his journey with the mortgage broker franchise back in January, he’s secured an impressive volume of residential mortgages. According to Neil, “Since the post-COVID re-introduction of the 95% mortgage (any mortgage allowing for a maximum of 95% of the total purchase to be covered with a loan), the market space has recovered significantly.” A boom in demand has accompanied the re-introduction of the 95% mortgage, and since April, Neil has been processing, on average, one first-time buyer per week.
Neil has also been working extensively with investment clients looking to grow their portfolios, allowing him to generate business and income on a more regular basis. Neil has processed six cases for investment clients in the past three months, which Your Mortgage Plus took the time to recognise as “a significant number for any new member of the network”.
Neil’s success comes down to a combination of industry experience (20 years of it), hard work and good marketing, especially generating leads via Facebook and Instagram to supplement his existing client pipeline. He’s also a talented communicator, who enjoys client interaction most of all, and believes that in order to help people, you need to build a trusting relationship, first and foremost.
