Yet Another Agent Joins Century 21

The US real estate giant, Century 21, has another office under its wing.

Century 21, a global estate agency franchise, is growing by the minute and has yet another independent agent in its network. Chicagoland Brokers, based in Northwest Chicago, is the latest real estate agent to join the group and will now do business as Century 21 Action.

Already an established estate agency, Chicagoland Brokers has been helping buyers, sellers and renters in the Chicago metropolitan area for more than five years. The owner, Henry Sakowski, has over 30 years of experience in real estate, which makes him best placed to operate under the Century 21 name and continue the franchise’s first-class service.

As part of the Century 21 franchise package, this new office will receive world-class marketing, estate agency training, educational resources and a number of technologies to streamline its processes. It will help the estate agency to deliver a superb service to customers across Chicago.

Sakowski explains why being part of a franchise is so important to his business; “after opening my own office, I knew I wanted to eventually go back to a franchise simply because they offer the tools I need to ensure I am supporting my associates to be the best they can be.”

For Sakowski, it is not just about the benefit it brings to customers, the new partnership is also beneficial for staff. It enables them to use more of their initiative and to innovate because of the support that technology and learning tools bring.

Century 21 is also pleased to have Sakowski and his team on board. Century 21 Action, which Chicagoland Brokers will now operate as, is independently owned and a franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate. This large network has 170 offices, and there are as much as 8,000 offices under the Century 21 brand across 80 countries.
