WOLF Italian opens in Manchester

WOLF Italian has finally opened its doors in the brand new dining quarter of Manchester’s Arndale Centre.
WOLF Italian has secured a coveted spot in Manchester Arndale’s new and improved dining quarter. The Italian restaurant franchise’s fifth site opened in late November in the brand-new Halle Place area, which recently underwent an £11m redevelopment. It offers a unique take on classic Italian cuisine that takes inspiration from all around the world.
Its menu has plenty of tasty options, including classic pasta dishes, healthy and filling salads and the star of the menu, the Piada. The innovative dish takes the thin crust of a classic Italian pizza and fills it with each customer’s choice of meat, dressing and vegetables, before wrapping it up burrito style. This kind of street-food inspired cuisine is what WOLF specialises in, taking fusion cuisine to the next level.
WOLF also has an extensive range of breakfast options whatever you’re in the mood for. If you’re feeling healthy you can choose smashed avocado or a tasty smoked salmon pot, and if you’re in the mood for indulgence you can treat yourself to a full breakfast roll or delicious flaky pastry.
Owner Tim Entwistle said that the franchise was particularly choosy about its site to ensure that they had the best possible chance at success, but looked forward to serving the people of Manchester.
“It took us a while to find the right site but we’re now ready to go and have already been made to feel really welcome in the city. WOLF is a modern twist to Italian street food and is all about high quality, fresh food which is served quickly. It’s ideal for office workers looking for a healthy and tasty lunchtime option, alongside shoppers who want a quick bite to eat. We can’t wait to finally open our doors and for everyone to come and try our signature Piada dish!”
