Wok&Go calls for new franchisees
Wok&Go is on the lookout for its next lot of investors as it expands in the UK.
The business, which was founded in 2008, is in the process of increasing its presence across the UK and has been classed as the fastest growing noodle bar franchise in Great Britain. At the moment, there are 26 Wok&Go outlets in operation, primarily in the UK, but also in Portugal. The company is also set to announce other international locations in the near future.
Last year, Wok&Go served 1.3 million noodle boxes and it plans to radically increase that number over the coming years. It already has 100 new store agreements signed, with franchisees ready to set up their units over the next five years.
The company can offer investors a flexible franchise package, with the option to open a large or small store for around £150,000. If you’d like to become a Wok&Go franchisee, you’ll need to have at least half of your investment available as liquid capital.
Despite the events of the past year and the uncertainty they’ve caused, the franchise industry is doing well. Food businesses in particular have been able to continue operating effectively by providing meal delivery services.
Wok&Go is part of the Pheby Food Concepts Group, which owns six successful brands, including Crepe Delicious. The parent company was created by Des Pheby in 2008 and supports Wok&Go as it rolls out its expansion scheme across the UK.
