Walfinch Mid & South Buckinghamshire received a positive rating for its home care services following its first Care Quality Commission (CQC) review. The CQC was thorough with the inspection, speaking to key members and the managing director, Greg Renk. Overall, the commission was happy with what it saw.

Greg established the Walfinch Mid & South Buckinghamshire franchise business in 2020. There are now 26 carers in employment delivering outstanding home care services. The areas they service include Amersham, Beaconsfield, Chesham, Gerrard’s Cross, High Wycombe, Marlow, Aylesbury, Stoke Mandeville, Tring, Holmer Green and Widmer End.

“Since launching the business, my team of carers are today providing personal care and support to many people across Buckinghamshire. I’ve worked hard to create somewhere that not only provides very high-quality care to people in our communities, but is a rewarding and enjoyable place to work for our carers. Every day we strive to provide outstanding service, and I’m delighted that the CQC has recognised these efforts following its inspection.”

The CQC is quite strict in its inspections. They check if the delivered home care services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Fortunately, the Walfinch Mid & South Buckinghamshire division received a good rating for all these aspects, showing how dedicated they are to clients and the community.

When you have a franchise business that is rewarding to both employees and clients, you can’t go wrong. And with franchising expected to grow in 2023, it’s the best time to consider starting your own business in an industry that you love.

If home care services are where you excel the most, you have the best opportunity to show your skills and care for others at the same time. Fortunately, it’s easy to get started with a Walfinch franchise business.
