Wagging Tails gets seal of approval

Wagging Tails has plenty to wag its own tail about as it receives a glowing endorsement by Trading Standards.
Wagging Tails has been celebrating a fantastic endorsement by Trading Standards which will see it become a member of the ‘Buy with Confidence’ Scheme.
The scheme was put together by a group of Local Authority Trading Standards Services to find and endorse local businesses that were honest and fair with customers. Fears were growing about the increasing number of ‘rogue traders’ that rip people off and leave them with a shoddy service, so the ‘Buy with Confidence’ Scheme highlights the businesses that people can trust.
To be accepted, Wagging Tails had to pass a series of background checks and an intimidating formal interview with a Trading Standards representative. There was no need for the franchise to doubt itself, though, as it was accepted and approved by Trading Standards, making it the only full franchise network with a current ‘Buy with Confidence’ status.
Lisa Suswain, Company Director, expressed her delight at the news. “We are really proud to have been accepted onto the Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ Scheme. This truly reinforces our commitment to delivering a high quality, ethical and legal dog holiday service to owners across the UK, both in terms of the welfare of our four-legged holiday guests and the business processes that go into delivering our wonderful service.”
Pet franchise Wagging Tails was established in 2007, after founder Lisa Suswain saw a gap in the market for reliable and trustworthy holiday care for dogs that didn’t see them shut up in kennels. As well as giving owners piece of mind that their furry friends are well looked after while they see the world, dog carers are able to benefit from the temporary companionship and fun of having a dog without the long-term commitment.
