Mindspan is excited to welcome Ernest Gikuma into its licenced coaching team for new B2B training opportunities. He has a wealth of experience to bring to the proverbial table after several years in different sales roles. With so much knowledge at hand, Ernest felt there was no better time to join the Mindspan franchise.
As a new member of the Mindspan team, Ernest will be coaching individuals and businesses in his area. By being a leader in his community with a graduate in Psychology, he has the necessary skills to assist people with their mindsets. He’ll also be working closely with his church and local schools.
Ernest shares his excitement about joining the team:
“I have a passion for equipping & empowering individuals, especially business owners, with resilience and a growth mindset through coaching and training workshops. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Mindspan licensing programme and immediately decided to become a part of the team. Having a team of experienced experts in high-performance coaching and being part of a professionally run coaching business, as provided by Mindspan, is a mega-bonus, especially for me.”
Now that he’s a member of a well-known brand with his new Mindspan franchise business, Ernest is keen to transform millions of lives. He’ll start with his local community, but he’s eager to expand in the near future. He’ll be developing his team of experts over the next few months with an action plan for the years to come.
If you’re like Ernest, where you want to make a difference in the world, you also have the opportunity to start your own business in your area and help the community. Don’t let time fly by before you establish your own Mindspan franchise company!
