Point Franchise is proud to introduce The Kleaning Company into its catalogue of impressive investment opportunities.
The cleaning franchise has unveiled its brand-new franchise opportunity to improve its efficiency. Offering an unusual business model, it provides a thorough cleaning service to make sure commercial sites are spick and span after big construction projects. The Kleaning Company tailors each project to the client to make sure it’s completed to the highest possible standard.
After its most successful year yet, The Kleaning Company is rolling out its franchise model to savvy investors across the UK. If you’re willing to make a minimum investment of £35,000 and pay franchise fees of £19,950, you could be running your own commercial cleaning business in no time.
Unlike many new franchises, this one hasn’t entered the franchise world primarily to expand into new territories. It is based in London and already offers its services across the country, but it can improve productivity by setting up local branches. The Kleaning Company’s Managing Director, Daniel Twiselton explains:
“Our clients are fully aware our staff are traveling from London and are staying in hotels but are happy to pay the premium because of our high level of service. Having local partners around the country, using local labour will drastically reduce our costs and will enable us to provide an even better, faster, more efficient service to our clients.”
Twiselton believes the after-build cleaning market is significant, so there’s plenty of potential for new entrepreneurs joining the business.
“Our clients budget around 0.5 percent of their build cost to cleaning, so with construction output at around £120 billion a year, we estimate this market to be somewhere in the region of £600 million, which is 2.5 percent of the total commercial cleaning market estimated at £24 billion per year.”
