This win follows the accountancy franchise’s ninth consecutive “5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award”, and is a testament to the network’s leadership and resilience.

The exciting award for Best franchise in the B2B category was presented to TaxAssist during the prestigious BFA (British Franchise Association) Annual Conference and Awards at the Vox, Birmingham on November 30th. It was accepted by Nikki Haythorne (TaxAssist’s UK Franchise Recruiter Manager) and Richard Chatten-Hague (TaxAssist’s Senior Manager of Global Franchise Support), and every member of the accounting franchise’s vast network was thrilled that positive franchisee feedback gathered by WorkBuzz secured the win.

In the words of Karl Sandall, Chief Executive Director of the franchise, “We are delighted to have won this award, which is extra special because it is based, in part, on feedback from our network of franchisees. Awards such as this are always very competitive, and it is thanks to all the sterling work carried out by the staff at our Support Centre and our franchise network’s resilience through the pandemic that we have once again triumphed in a major award ceremony.”

Representatives of the awards also spoke on their value and meaning after such a difficult COVID-touched year. Suki Dehal, Head of Franchising at Lloyds Banking Group (the sponsor of the Best Franchise Awards), said, “Lloyds Bank are delighted to support WorkBuzz with the Best Franchise Conference & Awards once again this year. It has been inspiring to hear how franchisors' priorities have shifted from surviving in 2020 to thriving in 2021 with so many entries detailing phenomenal growth and performance within their networks.”

Founder and CEO of WorkBuzz Steven Frost added to this, saying, “These last 18 months have been really testing for even the best businesses and their people, so there’s never been a more important time to celebrate how great franchisors have supported their franchise networks. TaxAssist Accountants demonstrated great leadership and resilience throughout the pandemic.”

He continued, “By prioritising their people and innovation, they have emerged even stronger. I would like to congratulate TaxAssist Accountants on what they’ve achieved and the difference they’ve made.” Find out more about the accountancy franchise that’s always putting its franchisees first via TaxAssist Accountants’ profile page, which you’ll discover linked above.
