TaxAssist Accountants is using the expertise of its most successful franchisees to inspire others within its network.
Bookkeeping and accounting franchise TaxAssist Accountants recently hosted franchisee masterclasses that allowed the newest members of its network to learn from those who have made a great success of their businesses.
The TaxAssist Accountants Training Academy put on a series of exciting franchise development masterclasses, which invites along less-experienced franchisees to listen to the success stories of franchisees who have been with TaxAssist for a long time.
Group Business Development Manager, James Mattam, explained how the Masterclass sessions work.
“We’ve always enjoyed the Masterclass sessions each year with our franchise network which sees a panel of six leading franchisees share their real-world experiences surrounding all manner of areas of running and growing their accountancy practices. One of the recent masterclasses centred around ensuring our network provides the best service to clients at the right pricing point, creating value for each accounting practice. The feedback we received from the day was overwhelmingly positive.”
It seems that the session had the intended effect, as many of the franchise’s partners had great things to say afterwards. Nadeem Iqbal, who is based in Walthamstow, said:
“It was a privilege to be a part of the ‘expert’ panel for fellow TaxAssist Accountants. What collective wisdom across the participants! I have many takeaways from the session. A big ‘thank you’ to Directors Daren Moore, Sarah Robertson and James Mattam for arranging this series of masterclasses.”
Umer Farooq, who runs the Luton franchise, echoed Iqbal’s comments.
“It was great listening to the different views of successful franchisees. I have taken note of a number of improvement points to implement in my practice.” Finally, David Lushington of Oxford TaxAssist, added:
“The TaxAssist masterclasses are a brilliant way to find out about best practice within the network and are also a great opportunity for networking with other franchisees. They are just one of the many benefits of being a part of a successful franchised network.”
As well as its exciting masterclasses, the TaxAssist Training Academy also offers technical and business training courses to allow all of its franchisees to develop their skills and improve as entrepreneurs.
