The bookkeeping and accounting franchise was delighted to announce the good news, and puts its growing success down to a host of business development activities conducted over the year.
TaxAssist Accountants has been dedicated, from one end of the network to the other, to business development in 2021. As a result, the bookkeeping and accounting franchise was recently able to reveal that in spite of the challenges posed by COVID-19, it has been able to increase its number of client leads to never-before-seen levels.
Business development activities conducted by TaxAssist this year include more advertising campaigns, new marketing initiatives, refreshed content and promotional materials and plenty of investment in digital and online marketing. In the words of the franchise, “The 16 strong Business Development team at the TaxAssist Accountants Support Centre, assisted by specialist marketing agencies, have continued to research, trial and review new marketing initiatives, which have run alongside many established and proven campaigns with outstanding results.”
TaxAssist Accountants’ Business Development Manager James Mattam also spoke on the exciting news, saying, “Our network have all worked so hard through the pandemic, providing high service levels to clients, and it’s fantastic that our website, newsletters, guides, webinars and marketing campaigns are delivering such high numbers and we’re looking to improve on this before the end of the year.”
James expressed that TaxAssist’s reputation is strong right now on the back of the franchise’s 2021 advertising efforts, making “lead generation much more possible”. Plus, the network has been able to automate much of the marketing on behalf of its franchisees, freeing up “their time to focus on running and growing” their businesses.
This is, in part, why TaxAssist was able to win a Best Franchisee Marketing Support award last year. If you’d like to find out more about the franchise which, in James’s words, is “working hard to maintain and better these results as we head towards what I am sure will be a very busy tax season”, you can visit TaxAssist Accountants’ profile page, linked above.
