Subway launches new sandwich deals

Subway has introduced a tempting sandwich deal to celebrate the start of football season in the US.
The sandwich franchise, which is one of the leading fast-food chains in America as well as the UK, will be treating its customers to a money-saving deal in many of its stores. Anyone who buys two footlong sandwiches in participating outlets will get another one completely free of charge. So, if you’re popping into your local store with a couple of friends - or just a big appetite - you may be able to cut down the cost of your order.
The enticing promotion strikes the cheapest footlong sandwich from the bill, but the offer will only last for a limited time. Unfortunately, it’s not available if you’re ordering food for delivery. But you will be eligible for the deal if you buy your sandwiches in a Subway store, through the Subway app or online on the business’s website. You can also use contactless payment and the franchise’s quick pick-up facility.
The three-for-two offer launch coincides with the start of Subway’s collaboration with the National Football League in America. The franchise is now the Official Sandwich Sponsor for the famous sports association.
What’s more, Subway will also be rolling out several brand-new sandwiches to celebrate the start of the US’s football season. The exciting flavours will be inspired by classic match day foods - the first to be unveiled was BBQ Rib, with pork, lettuce, onion and pickles, topped with tangy barbecue sauce.
Subway is even releasing themed merchandise and running competitions over the next few months, so football fans have plenty to look forward to if they want to get involved.
