Snappy Tomato Pizza continues expansion with Leicester store

Snappy Tomato Pizza is set to open a brand new franchise unit in Leicester as part of a wider expansion plan.
Local entrepreneurs Vishal Raikundalia and Himesh Kataria plan to open their pizza franchise unit on Wednesday 11th November. It’ll be located at 57b London Road in Leicester, a site which was occupied by coffee brand Costa until October 2019. Before Vishal and Himesh breathed life back into the premises, it had remained vacant for around a year.
To mark the opening of their new Snappy Tomato Pizza franchise unit, the pair will be offering customers 50 percent off their order in the first two days of business. You can try the franchise’s ‘Chicago-style’ square pan pizzas and traditional ‘New York-style’ pizzas, by booking a delivery or collection at one of its 20 UK stores. Just visit snappytomatopizza.co.uk or use the franchise’s app to make your order.
The new Leicester outlet is the latest business launch in the pizza franchise’s expansion plan. It follows the opening of a branch in Northampton on 22nd October, which kicked off the scheme.
Snappy Tomato Pizza’s MD, John Wilson, revealed more about the business’s ambitions:
"We have been working hard over the past few years to complete the consolidation of the Snappy Tomato Pizza brand along with the development of our new mobile-friendly website, app and integrated EPOS systems, and we are now embarking on an ambitious programme to expand our network of stores from the current number of 20 with a target of 100 stores over the next three years.
According to John, the 57b London Road site is just the start of an exciting franchise journey for Vishal and Himesh:
"We are working with Vishal and Himesh to develop up to five stores, delivering our famous ‘Chicago-style’ square pan pizzas to the whole of Leicester city and surrounding towns and suburbs over the next two years."
