Snap Fitness heads to Ashford

Snap Fitness will fill out one of the final units in a brand-new multi-million-pound leisure complex.

Snap Fitness has announced that its newest UK location will be situated in a brand-new leisure complex in the town of Ashford, Kent.

Snap Fitness franchisee Graham Athey has submitted an application to Ashford Borough Council to open another location in the newly built leisure complex. If approved, the brand new site of the gym franchise will settle into its new home right next to the Picturehouse franchise and offer the residents of Ashford a new premium gym to work out in.

The Elwick Place development is already home to a Travelodge hotel and a six-screen Picturehouse cinema, which gives locals the chance to catch their favourite films. It still has vacant units, which it’s hoping to fill with big name restaurants and coffee shops soon to attract even more people to the exciting development.

The new gym will be open 24/7, so that people can attend any time that’s convenient for them, and will offer plenty of free weights, equipment and floor space for people to use on their own. For those who prefer getting their sweat on with others, Snap Fitness Ashford will also offer expert personal training services and fun group classes for all fitness levels.

Snap Fitness was founded in 2003 in the US and has since established more than 65 premium clubs across the UK. It offers its members the chance to work out in well-equipped gyms with exclusive features such as vanity stations with GHD products, social spaces for members to catch up with each other and dedicated stretch areas for post and pre-workout time.
