Shuttercraft opens new showroom in Hastings

The shutter specialist recently welcomed its two newest franchisees, a husband and wife team named Liz and Martyn Evans.

Liz and Marty opened Shuttercraft Hastings for business on September 4th, and they’re looking forward to welcoming customers during their very first month in business and beyond. Between them, the pair have experience in both the corporate world and the world of shutters, blinds and window coverings. They couldn’t be better suited to an investment with Shuttercraft, and are both keen to build a successful business.

The duo shared their thoughts on kicking off their journey with the blinds and shutters franchise, saying, “Taking this leap to run our own business has been such an exciting career change. We are looking forward to everything that is to come from working with Shuttercraft. It is motivating for us to own our own business and to have the chance to grow a local reputation. We’ve really enjoyed starting to feel part of the local business community.”

Liz’s role at Shuttercraft Hastings will be largely focused on customer care, while Martyn is the craftsman who will be conducting customer surveys and ensuring beautiful and successful installations can occur 100% of the time. Both have been fully trained by the Shuttercraft franchisor team, and are well equipped to succeed in their new roles.
