Sandler Training introduces specialised training schemes

Sandler Training’s corporate team are improving their financial services sector and developing specialised corporate training for EMEA.
As the world’s widest-reaching training business, Sandler Training operates more than 250 training centres across the globe. These centres provide industry experts who deliver training sessions in 23 different languages in areas key to business success such as sales, management and leadership. Approximately 30,000 people take advantage of Sandler Training’s expertise by attending educational sessions every year.
Now, the training franchise is broadening its selection of classes by introducing a financial services sector and specific corporate training for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). In particular, Sandler Training has recognised the need for specialised training for different geographic regions, adapting sessions to account for cultural nuances in various countries and continents.
"We've customized our curriculum – workbooks, Sandler Online, and many other tools for these sectors," explained David Mattson, the president and CEO of Sandler Training. "They will no longer have to adapt the sales training; we have adapted and customised the programs for them."
Sandler Training’s new approach is all about adaptability, recognising the demands of particular industries and geographical places, and altering the information they offer to cater for them. Mattson described the reasoning behind this, with reference to the firm’s many clients in the construction industry: “By customizing our materials for that sector and by following trends and issues that arise in their industry, we are able to help them succeed.”
Leading the charge in the financial services sector is Stephen Tarr, who benefits from decades of accumulated knowledge, while Bill Morrison and Bartlomiej (Bartek) Posmyk will collaboratively take over the EMEA division, drawing on their experience leading corporate training schemes across the world.
This is only the start of the journey, as Sandler Training is prepared to create more specialised training schemes to improve its offering when the need arises.
Mattson is confident that the changes made will serve to improve the company as a whole: "As we grow our offerings and increase our partnerships, all while staying true to David Sandler's underlying mission, Sandler Training continues to cement our status as a global leader."
