Safeclean has shared glowing testimonials that its franchisees have received from happy customers over the years.
One of the best things about running any business is the great feedback you might receive on a job well done, no matter what you’re helping clients with. Safeclean has revealed some of the pleasant feedback its franchisees receive on a daily basis, thanks to its innovative stain removal products and the excellent customer service that comes along with them.
In a blog post, the carpet cleaning franchise revealed that its franchisees have found that one of the best things about being professional cleaners is that they’re able to ‘achieve the impossible’ when it comes to stain removal. Speaking about their role, an unnamed franchisee said:
“Every week I am asked to remove some extremely difficult stains from a variety of delicate fabrics and carpets. Most of the time, the customer has given up hope of being able to rescue a 'lost cause' and as a last resort ask[s] for help. Whilst there are occasions when the problem is beyond salvage, it is no exaggeration to state that we are able to resolve 80 percent of the 'problem calls' and we get plenty of practice from insured soft furnishings.”
They also said that it’s highly satisfying to receive written feedback following a successful job, which they do often receive, as well as happy phone calls and visits to thank the team for a job well done. Safeclean shared two recent comments from satisfied customers, which were:
“...I'm totally impressed with the way your serviceman works and the carpet looks fabulous.”
And…
“I'm absolutely thrilled by the results.”
