Right at Home franchisees take home two awards at the most prestigious awards ceremony in the franchising calendar.
Right at Home franchisees Kev and Amy Popat were rewarded for their incredible dedication and tireless efforts in growing their business at the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards. The ambitious pair took home not one but two of the sought-after accolades, testament to how hard they’ve worked to build a fantastic business.
The Popats took home the title of Franchisee of the Year, meaning they were chosen as the best franchisees out of thousands up and down the country, as well as the Customer Engagement Award.
Commenting on their incredible achievements, the pair said:
“The customers, those that rely on us, are at the core of our business. Right at Home has the same beliefs and having its support has helped us be the best we can possibly be for our business. This customer focused approach clearly struck a chord with attendees on the evening, too, allowing us to claim the Franchisee of the Year accolade. It is an honour to be recognised for our hard work and we want to thank the whole team and our Clients for making this happen. To be given two awards, one from a judging panel of franchising professionals, the other from all attendees on the evening, is something that has made us both truly humble.”
Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association, congratulated the pair and said that they were worthy winners of their awards.
