Right at Home named as a ‘caring star’

Right at Home’s franchisees have gained recognition for their hard work looking after the vulnerable.

Right at Home’s US franchisees have seen 2019 get off to a fantastic start already as many were named on an influential list that highlights the best care providers in the country. Caring.com’s annual ‘Caring Stars’ list has just been released and it uses reviews and rating from real clients to find the top homecare companies in the United States.

Right at Home’s franchisees made a big impact on the rankings, with 141 of them featuring on the prestigious list. In addition, 22 Right at Home locations were named as ‘Caring Super Stars’, meaning this was the third year in a row that they managed to secure their place on the list. The franchise beat all of its competitors by having more of its locations making the ranking than any other company, solidifying its position as one of the top home care franchises in the world.

In order to make the list, companies needed to meet strict ‘exceptional criteria’ including having an overall rating of at least 4.5 stars of Caring.com and managing to attract at least 10 positive reviews throughout the year. Care companies also needed to have responded to any negative reviews, demonstrating the genuine care they have for their clients.

CEO and President of Right at Home, Brian Petranick, expressed the home care franchise’s delight at the incredible result, saying:

With more than 500 locations spanning the USA, Right at Home is one of the largest home care franchises in the country.
