Office solutions franchise Regus has announced that it will be expanding yet again in Bucharest.
The Romanian capital of Bucharest is one of the emerging business capitals of Eastern Europe. This month, Regus has announced that it will be opening its tenth centre in the city.
The new premises – which will be known as the ‘Primavera Regus Centre’ – is the second Regus location to open this month. Just a few weeks ago, Regus opened its ‘Sun Regus Centre’ in the south of the city.
The Primavera centre’s 1,180 sqm of co-working space has already been snapped up by international companies that want to take advantage of its meeting rooms and individual offices.
“Primavera Regus Centre offers both our customers and their partners a premium experience through its design, facilities and localization” said Regus Romania’s Country Manager, Ramona Predescu.
“The location of the building in the centre of Bucharest, on one of the main boulevards of the city, places it in the close neighbourhood of some embassies, luxury hotels and top universities and close to some key means of transport, in a strategic commercial area”.
The brilliant location of the new centre will enable the businesses that are moving in to take their business up a level. With transport links, luxury accommodation and the city centre in such close proximity, they will able to attract the best talent in Romania.

Both the new Primavera and Sun Regus centres come equipped with lightning fast Wi-Fi, HVAC air conditioning systems and flexible partitioning. That way, clients will be able to customise their workspace to their own requirements.
Since arriving in Bucharest in 1999, Regus has opened ten different locations that are spread all over the city. The B2B franchise has also hosted a number of networking events in the city, helping local businesses to build business-changing connections.
